This is an opportunity to foster community with others who desire connection on a deeper level. We hold values in common: kindness, authenticity, compassion, self-reflection, doing our best, and creating a better world. We hold conversations that matter: speaking to what is important to us, being witnessed and supported, listening to what is meaningful to others, and bringing our unique self forward.

This time and space is sacred and created with intention. The space to become more centered and in touch with our essential selves, release our social camouflage, and have all voices heard, including the quiet ones. We share what we are ready to share and ask for what we need from the group. We listen with empathy and do not jump in with advice and fixing. Conversation includes both talk and silence.

Groups may meet in different settings such as a home, yoga studio, outdoors, or at our barn with our wonderful horses. Depending on the desires of the group, there can be a focus theme such as exploring the topic of Wonder or our dreams for the year, or be organized around a book (book study), or group questions.

Gatherings at the barn feature a beautiful pastureland setting with our wise horses. Horses live in deep connection to the natural world. A group equine experience can include:

  • Contemplative time with the horses

  • Journaling

  • Meditative drum journey

  • Expression through watercolors with the horse as a living canvas

  • Group sharing in a sacred circle

My joy is to foster a better place for people, animals, and our precious planet.
